The venue of the conference will be provided by the Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. All scientific activities (keynotes, workshops, round tables/meet the experts, symposia, open paper, and poster presentations) will take place inside the main building of the University, situated on No. 1 Kogalniceanu Street, and other nearby facilities, all at walking distances from one another. The venue is situated right in the city center of Cluj-Napoca. The scientific activities will be held in large and beautiful halls, such as the University's "Aula Magna" and the "Auditorium Maximum" concert hall.

The academic tradition of Babeș-Bolyai University started in 1581. Babeș-Bolyai University is known as one of the best academic education institutions in Central and Eastern Europe. Its name commemorates two important Transylvanian figures, the Romanian physician Victor Babeş and the Hungarian mathematician Janos Bolyai. Located in an area with a strong interethnic and interconfessional character, Babeș-Bolyai University has chosen multiculturalism as its main direction of development, its students and teachers being Romanian, Hungarian, German and even representatives of the Romani people.
